Service Description
Clearly, you need capacity planning. When should you hire or recruit people? Should you implement capacity management in your WFM department? Would it be advisable to create more flexibility within the organization, and if so, how would you do that? Which skills should you train people in, and when? Currently, you lack the internal expertise to organize and implement these skills, so you want to outsource this task to someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the field. Once the capacity plan has been drawn up—which requires a large amount of data—the daily process can be set up and implemented. Then, you will be able to make use of highly valuable output on a daily basis. This service requires a minimum three-month hire period and a one-month notice period. For smaller WFM organizations, it is often more efficient and effective to hire this expertise and execution power permanently.
